We will ship your order using USPS services (US Mail). Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship using a particular shipping method to provide you with an optimal delivery experience.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive email and text notifications containing a tracking number for your convenience. We advise tracking your package online or via phone with the carrier. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you notice anything unusual in the shipment's progress.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Please note that Mesotherapy Store is not liable for customs and taxes associated with your order. The customer is responsible for any fees incurred during or after shipping (including tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
While we take great care in packaging, Mesotherapy Store cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, promptly contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim. Remember to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
NOTE: Our company highly recommends purchasing the insurance against loss, damage, or theft we offer at the time of payment. This insurance is provided by ROUTE. It is very low cost and ensures a 100% refund of your money or replacement of the items.
International Shipping Policy:
We exclusively ship to Puerto Rico. Shipping to Puerto Rico via USPS First Class is complimentary, while USPS Priority Service fees apply.
Returns Policy:
Due to the nature of the products, please note that all sales are final, and returns are not accepted except in cases of damage caused by us or manufacturer defects within 15 days of the original purchase. If you're missing an item or received a damaged one, contact us, and we'll send a replacement at no additional shipping cost. Be sure to notify us within 3 days of receiving the shipment.

Refunds, if necessary, will be manually processed once the returned items are received. Please be aware that chargebacks may result in inclusion on the no-sell list. Refunds are issued only after items are returned. Contact us first, as most issues can be easily resolved.
